With the Kaweco DIY Sport range, Kaweco have developed something to strengthen the bricks and mortar retail sector and offer customers a unique shopping experience.

The Kaweco DIY Sport is made up of 7 components - the number of individual parts that are used to make the Kaweco Sport fountain pens. In contrast to fully automated machinery, these writing instruments are assembled by hand every day in Kaweco’s factory in Nuremberg.

With the Kaweco DIY Sport, customers can explore the manufacturing process and assemble their own Kaweco fountain pen by hand. As well as having a pen that is only available to purchase in a physical retail shop!

At the beginning of each year, Kaweco are planning to introduce a pen colour that will be available as an event box for one year.

The Kaweco DIY Sport is available exclusively to bricks and mortar retailers and must only be sold in store to the customer who has made it (you cannot make any leftover pens and put them in to your general stock - please contact us if you have leftovers).
