Q: Is there a minimum order quantity?

A: There is no minimum order quantity. A few items such as Kaweco ink cartridges, clips and ink converters are sold in multiples of 5.
 

Q: What is the minimum order for free delivery?

A: All orders over £150 qualify for free delivery.
 

Q: What happens if the product I want to order is out of stock?

A: You may still order out of stock items.  These will be not usually delay your order being shipped, but will instead be sent on separately once they are back in stock. The only products that cannot be back-ordered are limited edtions and discontinued products.
 

Q: Do you Offer Co-Branding?
